This is for my foodies, many people call us fatties too but thats' neither here nor there. We all need to be able to find quick recipes, cute appetizers and social dishes to entertain our friends and family. Being Haitian, I really really love food, and have found some great cultural dishes from many cultures, to impress your foreign man or woman. Lets not forget the vino, I will be sure to update you on the latest wines, and how to consume them appropriately. Drinking is vital to a true foodie. Food is everything and most important, food is love. Don't go too far fatties, Patti's gonna feed ya!
